Mupir ointement
Mupirocin , impetigo

General principles of t/m :
Apply on patient. For 3 days , although first day/one day is sufficient

Wash in hot water all clothes, and bed sheets

Permethrin 5% .lotrix, scab free
Oral ivermectin
Lindane cream

Methyl prednisolone , topical

For eczemas.
Contraindicated in TB, syphilis, viral causes.

Apply thrice daily, maximum 4 weeks.

Watch for systemic side effects of steroids,and skin atrophy.

Tday is levocetirizine
2.5mg/5ml
