this list of long and short cases is made on basis of repetition/likelihood that the case will come in exam.

Long Cases:
These 15 long cases should be on your finger tips, if you know these 15 long cases, 99% chance is that you are through exam.
Chronic Diarrhoea/Malnutrition
CLD
Nephrotic Syndrome
CKD
Thalassemia
JIA
SLE
DM
RHD
Haemophilia
DMD
Dystonia
Stroke
TBM
Cerebral Palsy
Scleroderma(there is a patient of  scleroderma on followup of chich,she comes in almost every exam.,she has classic findings of scleroderma)

Short Cases:
these cases are those ,such tht out of 4 cases you ll have 3 out of these.be mentally prepared about D/Ds.

Nephrotic
ITP
Neonatal cholestasis/biliary atresia
CLD with/without portal HTN
Portal HTN without CLD
Acute hepatitis
Rheumatic Heart disease
VSD
PDA
TOF
Hemiplegia
Ataxia
Chorea
Dystonia
Cerebral Palsy
Hydrocephalous
Spinal dysraphism
Deforming arthritis(JIA, psoriatic arthritis)
Fanconi anemia (very common)(scheme should be for a child with hyperpigmentation/thumb abnormality/cafe au laits)
Rickets
Cushing Syndrome(veryy common)
Consolidation/effusion
neurofibromatosis (very common)
Tuberous sclerosis (scheme for cafe au lait, n development status)(could be a case of west syndrome)
CP child
Marasmus/kwashiorker
Short Stature (must plot height)
Scleroderma
