Protocol for pulse therapy of methyl prednisolone and dexamethasone

Both may be given as Big Shots , which are actually not the stat doses but infusions given over a time of 2-3 hours minimum.
Duration of therapy may be a single dose given O.D for 3 days , or alternate days 5 doses.

Maximum dose is 1 gram
