Woman of today is psychologically dependant on (his) man as long as she needs all her money for spending from him. It is not bad for a woman to be dependant on man(psychologically and financially) , however, for her to flourish psychologically , she must flourish economically on her own .So that she earns atleast a little. That gives her enough space that she exercises her potentials better, and gives her a feeling of little less dependance on his man. It is then she grooms better .
