External and internal hemorrhoids

In this figure
A represents an internal hemorrhoid,
B represents an external prolapsed hemorrhoid,
C is a mixed hemorrhoid (both internal and external),
D is a thrombosed hemorrhoid and
E is an external hemorrhoid.
