Fallopian Tube Histology Text

Fallopian Tube Histology Text read .

Fallopian Tube is connected to Uterus at the cornu , near the fundus of uterus.
Fallopian tube basically transports the SPERM from uterus to the part where OVUM is lying in the female genital tract i-e near the fimbriae of the fallopian tube or, ampulla.  So the histology of fallopian tube assists in its physiology by providing muscular movements so that  a sperm may be transported from uterus to near ovary .
Hence, a fallopian tube comprises of :
1. mucosa
2. Muscularis layer
3.Serosa.
